"Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Fall in love with the path of deep healing. Fall in love with becoming the best version of yourself, but with patience, with compassion, and respect to your own journey.

- S. McNutt

Jennifer LeValley (she/her) is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Biology from Virginia Tech, and earned her M.S. in Ayurvedic Sciences from Bastyr University. The master’s curriculum included 1.5 years of clinical experience and an externship at the Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic Hospital and College in Paprola, India.

While she was trained to address a wide range of issues, Jennifer is particularly interested in using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to address digestive issues and stress, as these factors are the root causes of most imbalance and disease. Having used Ayurveda to help restore her own health and vitality following a serious GI infection, she was inspired to help others build and maintain their TRUE HEALTH in order to prevent or manage disease. In Ayurveda true health is described as being “seated in the self,” and is expressed as a balanced body, mind, and spirit. Jennifer believes that this balance creates the clarity we each need to become fully and beautifully actualized within ourselves and our communities. Ultimately, the entire world benefits when individuals seek this dynamic balance.

In addition to her formal education Jennifer completed an apprenticeship with Cedar Mountain Herbalism School. In her spare time, Jennifer explores the teachings of Yoga, the great outdoors, and getting lost and found in live music and dance. She is grateful to be living in Seattle, Washington with her husband and son.

Jennifer owes her beloved teachers endless thanks for the invaluable wisdom, time, and energy they kindly offered her while in formal training. They each continue to inspire her in how to be an effective practitioner of the healing arts, as well as an empathic, loving human being on this sacred Earth, which, in her opinion, are one in the same. Offering immense gratitude to Dr. Vasant Lad, Jiwan Shakti, Dr. Bill Dean, Dr. Brigid Lunder, K. P. Khalsa, Dr. Dhaval Dhru, and Terry Hallmark.
